Sometimes getting the car to the dealer is a PITA. I thought it would be simple - LOL. Anyway, have followed your suggestion - need to have van in for a TSB on frnt strut so killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Tech said that you can't heat this big van in the cold weather with just frnt heater. Well duh!! I know that, how about after half hour driving and the temp coming from the dash vents is barely warm!! Do I have to dress like I'm going to the ski slopes? Anway, will post results. Thanks for the warranty reminder.
