Sorry to hear about your problem.We had the same problem last year & Kia fortunately covered ours even though we weren't the original owners.Ours was 3 yrs out of warranty & had 106,000 klm's on the clock.We had to provide the full service history which fortunately had been up to date.It took them 8 weeks to fix it.They no longer provide a courtesy car as they used to.Hopefully they will cover you as the public has shown them goodwill with there record sales over the last couple of years & goodwill is supposed to be a two way street.Good luck,let us know how you get on.Cheers Len
