I'm working on a 2000 Sportage right now and trying to find bolt torque specs. Anyway, the plugs, coils, and wires are down between the cam covers underneath a black plastic cover. You have to remove the aluminum air tube attached to the throttle body to get the cover off. Under the cover are two coils with wires. The coils sit on 1 & 3 plugs with a plug wire from each going to the adjacent 2 & 4 plugs. Don't forget to use Anti-Sieze on the new plugs going into that aluminum head - Iowapack
