What are the crash test ratings on the '04? I don't think they are as good as on the new ones ('06). Further, only the 60K mile warranty transfers to a subsequent owner. The 100K mile one does not. (Double-check both to be sure.) Gas mileage is sorry in the first generation Sedona autos. Using a K&N high-flow air filter can squeeze out a few more MPG (see
this thread). Finally, many Sedona minivans before 2006 were of poor quality. Read through threads so you can get an idea of what you're jumping into. The new ones are supposed to be better, but it may be too soon to tell.
