Our distric rep came into our shop today and i asked him about this concern because i have had two customers come in for this same concern and i have read about the frequency of this problem on this forum, he said that the problem is in the egr system, he stated that they have been replacing the egr solinoids and it was curing the problem, he also stated that there was a tsb in the making, he told me to order the egr valve and the egr solinoid for the two customers that i have

just wanted to let you know what i am seeing in our dealership.
It is great to be able to see what is going on and to deal directly with the customers and help them if i can, I dont get to meet many of the customers whose vehicles i repair.
