My father just bought a 2003 KIA Optima for $8000 at a local dealership and I'm a little skeptical about the whole deal. The Optima is an ex lease vehicle and has 28,000 miles on it. Therefore I'd like to ask a favor in pulling the VIN so we can investigate the vehicle's history. Any help will be appreciated.
