Emergency Emergency !!!!!!!
We poses a KIA Parktown (Clarus) family car model 1999 and we just moved to Panama.
Our car is in Customs here in Panama. However the to bring the car into the country the custom agent needs to revise the engine number to compare it with the documents of the car.
Whatever we tried the custom agent, we ourselves as well as the local KIA importer we cannot find the engine number. Please advise the exact location of the number. The car is in customs and we have to pay storage every day.
Please help us.
